Don\u2019t be afraid to get creative with your carving!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 2: Wearing protective gloves, wrap your dry ice in a towel and gently hammer the dry ice block to break it into cubes with a hammer. This will make it easier to place the dry ice inside your pumpkin later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 3: Using tongs, carefully place a few dry ice cubes into your pumpkin. During this step, you have the option to place your dry ice on a plate or freezer-safe dish to prevent water from sitting in the bottom of your pumpkin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 4: Carefully pour warm water over the dry ice cubes. You should begin to see fog coming from inside the pumpkin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 5: Sit back, relax and enjoy the spooky fog effects coming from your Jack-O\u2019-Lantern! For more fun, try turning off the lights and placing lights around your pumpkin for an extra creepy effect!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> If you notice less fog coming from your pumpkin after a few minutes, you may need to add additional dry ice or pour in more warm water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Safety Notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parental supervision is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do not aim the cup at any humans or animals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Always use gloves and tongs when handling dry ice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Did you try this experiment?
